Spencer Kelly is from Sewell, New Jersey and is currently a Sophomore at Howard University pursing a B.B.A. in International Business. Also known as “Skelly”, Spencer is a member of the men’s tennis team at Howard. He is excited by change, passionate to help others, and enjoys a challenge. Spencer was first introduced to The Grassroots Project by a fellow teammate during his freshman year, and since then he has been dedicated on leaving a legacy at TGP. He enjoys working with TGP because of the constant awareness of social change and leadership. He believes the rate of HIV in D.C. can be reduced to zero by the works of The Grassroots Project, and he continues to inspire the next generation of leaders to get involved and make a difference in their community. Spencer strives to continue his education towards her Master’s in International Management. His ultimate career goals involve representing his country as an ambassador or working for the United Nations Foundation as an advocate for global philanthropy.
